Motoko Rice Shochu

Aged more than nine years (wow!) in ceramic pots and enamel tanks, this is a deep, rich rice shochu that shines as an example of the Umami-quality rice can bring. Perfect on the rocks, although one must try with warm water to fully experience everything Motoko has to offer.

Made using 100% Thai long grain rice.
