Best known for originating Apple Yeast, Nakao Brewery also makes this soft and clean Junmai Ginjo with the subtle aroma of apples without the use of their specialized yeast. The use of local soft water and Hattan Nishiki rice gives it a light texture with a mildly crisp finish.
