Ginjo

Aromatic & Subtle

Dewazakura's Oka has come to define the clean, floral Yamagata style of Junmai Ginjo since its release in 1981. It is highly aromatic with undertones of melon and ripe pear. The finish is mildly toasted with notes of salted caramel.

Serve well-chilled with clams.
