The first and only Japanese vermouth, Bermutto continues the longstanding traditional practice of adding herbs & spices to sake, a practice which has fallen to the wayside during modern times.

A Junmai sake based is fortified with rice shochu, after which native Japanese fruits and spices are added as the botanicals for this unique and delicious ode to history.

Sansho: Japanese Peppercorn
Yomogi: Japanese Mugwort
Yuzu: Aromatic Citrus Fruit
