Made using Ginnosei, a sake rice grown in eye sight from the brewery and grown by the brewers themselves.
A lightly earthy and delicately acidic namazake that steers away from the classic slight sweetness that many namazake have. Very enjoyable to sip and pair with more diverse and richer foods, yet still elegant enough for lighter, seafood fair.
