The light, crisp, and semi-dry nigori is made using 100% Yamadanishiki milled to 50% (Daiginjo), also an undiluted Genshu. Opens with soft and mango aromas, this sake’s tart and juicy sweetness finished clean and sharp.

A fresh and satisfying treat that is great as an aperitif, and excellent to pair with food, and even spicy dishes.
