Ginjo

A classic example of aromatic sake! Sweet and floral on the nose, so inviting!

Silky smooth and lightly ricey with a subdued orange-fruitiness that finishes with a touch of salinty and bitterness. Medium-bodied, though still quite easy to drink and would do nicely paired with lighter dishes, including fish.
